A unit of Kia Grand Carnival come in for routine maintenance. All vehicle service at our workshop are entitled for free multipoint inspection. During our multipoint inspection, we found lower arm bush crack & absorber link were worn out therefore we recommend customer to replace those defective part & re-do alignment.

Customer been driving the cerato for 9 years. Recently he feels the car was not as stable as before during high speed cornering and have some knocking noise when driving at uneven road. Customer sent in the vehicle for inspection. Upon inspection, we found major parts of the suspension system already aged & worn out. We suggest customer to replace those major parts in order to restore the car to factory condition. Customer agree with the repair and he is very satisfy with the outcome. He can now handle those high speed cornering confidently🙂.

Customer come in our service centre to complaint about steering heavy. After performing test drive with customer, we suspect problem is coming from steering column. We proceed to remove & inspect on steering column. We found the motor on the steering column were defective. Due to safety concern, we recommend customer to replace with new whole steering column unit. Customer accept our recommendation and he is happy with the result.

Customer come to complaint about airbag indicator light "ON".
After scanning with diagnostic tool, we found clock spring were defective.
We recommend customer to replace with a new unit of clock spring and problem resolve. No more airbag indicator light "ON" after replacement.

Kia Sorento come in to our service centre to complaint about 4WD indicator intermittent blinking during driving.
We perform test drive, diagnose & inspection and found 4WD actuator motor were defective.
We then recommend customer to replace 4WD actuator motor.
After parts replacement, no more 4WD indicator blinking during test drive.

A unit of Kia Carnival come in to our service centre to complaint about sliding door right side unable fully close and have abnormal noise during closing.
We perform diagnose & inspection found door latch & power sliding door motor were defective. We then recommend customer to replace both parts. After parts replacement, sliding door able to fully close and no noise operation.

A unit of Kia Optima K5 come in to our service centre to complaint about temperature overheating.
Upon inspection, we found radiator fan motor not working and radiator housing crack lead to water leak.
We proceed to replace radiator fan motor and radiator and perform test drive, luckily cylinder head gasket was not damage else customer need to spend a lot to re-fix this issue.

*For high mileage vehicle, please inspect your vehicle radiator & radiator hoses condition before long travel to ensure you have a worry free journey.
