Dear Clients,

Effective *1 May 2025*, all policyholders of *Allianz Shield Plus (ASP)* will receive a *welcome WhatsApp* from Allianz Malaysia’s verified business account upon *purchase or renewal of the policy.*

With this implementation, ASP will become the second product, following Allianz Motor Comprehensive (Private Car), to adopt the welcome WhatsApp initiative.

The aim of the WhatsApp message is to greet and provide customers with key information on Allianz Shield Plus.

To ease the claims process, Allianz Malaysia has *waived the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report for Non-Motor insurance claims related to this incident.* For Motor insurance claims, police and Bomba reports are not required as per our standard practice.

Our team has been deployed to the site to assist authorities, customers, and non-customers with vehicle relocation.
