We have completed our Annual Management Review Meeting which marks another milestone of accomplishment, especially considering the challenges we faced since joining in 2019.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To support administrative matters which include document compilation, filing, report, licensing and other documentation works
2. Assist Purchasing Department to manage invoicing activity (Invoice, DO and update PO)
3. Follow up on order confirmations and ensure prompt deliveries to the plant.
4. General admin support and other relevant tasks or assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Certificate in Business & Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 2-5 years experience, preferably in the manufacturing/ trading industry
3. Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Using Food Grade sanitizer WITHOUT alcohol, the sanitizing mist will not cause irritation to the skin, eyes and respiratory system.

Join a communal effort and help the frontliners!

The Biji-biji group has come together to initiate a nationwide effort towards aiding those at the front line of the Covid-19 fight. Based on input from those working in such situations, there is a critical shortage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as face shields, exposing these individuals to the virus and increasing the possibility of furthering the spread.

We have initiated a collaborative effort to create a decentralized production of face Shields for the Covid-19 frontliners. But we can't do it alone

How can you help?

We need materials! Help us by donating or sharing contacts of suppliers for the following materials:
4mm/5mm acrylic sheet
0.2mm Transparent and Rigid A4 Plastic Sheets
12mm-20mm elastic band

You may also donate! 100% of the donation will be utilized for the materials and logistics of this campaign. All labour & production costs for the face shield will be borne by our production partners.
