Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to process purchase orders in the system.
• Liaise closely with vendors, forwarders on shipment delivery, documentation & custom clearance.
• To ensure our stock take and inventory management are in accordance with company SOP and policies.
• Monitor inventory management process including related controls independently, from inbound and outbound to ensure the accuracy of stock.
• Maintain updated and accurate records if inventory, including stock transfers.
• Ensure inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
• Perform and complete cycle and annual stock take and conduct inventory variance investigation and provide corrective actions.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
• At least 1 year and above hand-on experience in inventory operations is required.
• Preferably with experience from the Trading.
Preferred Skills:
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage
• Computer literacy – Excel, Word.
• To complete the allocated assignments within a stipulated time frame.
• Willing to learn, good attitude committed and communicate well with all levels people.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in line with the management’s plan.
• Possess own transport.
• Applications must be willing to work in Puchong, TPP 6/13.
