BHL Metal is a one-stop precision metal manufacturing facility. From raw material to finished component, every process is managed under one roof, giving our OEM partners full confidence in quality control, lead times, and delivery reliability.

⚙️ Our Core Manufacturing Capabilities
Our facilities are equipped with advanced machinery and operated by a skilled, experienced workforce. We specialise in:
i. Metal stamping using power press machines from 10 to 250 tonnes
ii. Cold forging
iii. High pressure die casting (HPDC) for precision aluminium casting
iv. Robotic and spot welding at 35 to 50 kVA
v. CNC and NC pipe bending and cutting for pipe OD from 12.7mm to 75mm
vi. Fibre laser cutting for intricate metal parts
vi. Full in-house tooling design and development using CNC milling, lathe, surface grinding, wire cut EDM, CMM inspection and SolidWorks.

🏍️ Motorcycle and Automotive Component Specialist
BHL Metal holds deep expertise in Two-Wheel OEM manufacturing, producing a comprehensive range of motorcycle, moped and scooter components including front and rear frame assemblies, pipe steering heads, handle steering, exhaust and muffler components, brake and shift pedals, swinging arm assemblies, rear carriers, rear grips and handle seats. Every component is built to exact OEM specifications, inspected, and prepared for direct delivery, ensuring our partners receive parts that are production-ready, every time.
