Among other iconic classic 1967-1969 Fastback and Mach One Mustangs, the Boss 429 boasts the biggest engine under the hood.

It features aluminum cylinder heads with a modified Hemi-type combustion chamber.
The engine was rated at 375 horsepower (280 kW) but is believed to have produced well over 500 horsepower in reality.
On the contrary, the biggest power plant for the 1967-1968 Eleanor and the 1969 Bullit is 427 cubic inch (6.9 liter) V8 Cobra or the smallest which is 305 cubic inch (5.0 liter) V8 Coyote.
Before 2018, the complete restomods cost was around USD300,000 and now it goes well over USD500,000.
