Mercedes CLA45S AMG C118 Stage 2 ECU Tune

This CLA45S was brought from a friendly workshop nearby to us. It was suffering from a continous DTC that triggers check engine light with regards to the coolant pump being malfunction. The workshop replaced all 3 pumps and still problem persist. They even sent it back to Mercedes dealership to diagnose and their solution was to replace the entire engine control unit.

It has been tuned by another which offered cheap price for a Stage 2 tune after having its exhaust and downpipe done by an exhaust shop in Puchong. The workshop that send the car also feedback to us, it doesnt feel like it is tuned at all and worst than stock.

We decided to return it back to stock firmware and went out a test. The AMG was boosting even harder and the DTC never returned back. The owner straight away commisioned us to tune it our way.

This AMG owner left us with a happy and smiling face after we were done tuning it.

We dont make or spend much on social media advertising but thinking that all tuning is the same, it is not! We dont promise any figures, but make sure that our calibration elevates performance the right and safe way.

Porsche 992 Turbo S Tune Up

Engine optimization as client felt there was more in it and of course we all know there is plenty of headroom to optimize.

Keeping the car discreet upon client's request for warranty reasons, we are not able to disclose any picture of this Turbo S. A lil request for earlier torque which is always a good thing for stop go situation and some added power at the top RPM range.

Best thing during flashing, the FM radio was airing the legendary Beyond song which matches the situation at the point of optimization 🤣🤣🤣.
If you see a blazing fast 992 Turbo S in Genting this week, this is the one.

BMW 330i G20 Stage 2 ECU + xHP Stage 3

This 330i has a SpeedTune MYS Heat Exchanger and Charge Pipe kit supplied and installed by us.

We recommended a full ECU & TCU calibration to suit daily and touge drive.

With ambient air temp 32 degrees on a hot season now, the Speedtune heat exchanger kept the AIT at 48 degrees and allow the ECU to give a clean strong ignition advance.

Results : 265whp and 440nm on RON95. Consistent result after 3 pulls on the dyno.

Conserative is what the owner wanted and here we did a 356whp and 478nm with less boost request at the top RPM range and add extra timing instead for a less hot engine operation. We also advanced VTEC slightly earlier for to have the engine go into powerband earlier.

BMW 730i G11 B48 ◇Carbon Core◇

TracTive Plug & Play electronically-adjustable shocks for OE fitment have been developed as a high-tech electronic replacement suspension for a car fitted from factory with specific electronic suspension systems.

The dampers are fitted with the TracTive patented DDA (Dynamic Damping Adjustment) valve. With its reaction time of 6 to 10 milliseconds from full soft to full hard, it is one of the fastest damping adjustments in the market. The dampers are fitted with springs and have an infinite ride height adjustment either through the platforms on the shock bodies or through the separate adjusters.

These kits are made specifically for OE top mounts, which means that the set contains either formed springs or adaptors to suit the stock parts. TracTive does not supply this kit with top mounts, we recommend replacing stock units when changing to new shockabsorbers.

Lamborghini Urus Stage 1 ECU

This big bull came just right after the owner collected it from a reputable importer to have it calibrated. Nothing fancy, just a simple engine optimization.

We loaded it on the dyno and after a few calibrations on a chilly day today, a nice 60whp and 100wtq increment over stock. We improved throttle response and enhanced the crackle in Corsa mode as well. With that great torque improvement, it left us just like how it should have left the dealership with just a touch of optimization.

Porsche 991.2 Carrera S Stage 2 ECU

This owner purchased this Carrera S from a used car dealer. It came to us as it had trouble pushing thru max RPM getting a pause at around 5000RPM. Owner wanted the car to be tuned on the dyno as most of our Porsche calibration is done on road tuning without any dyno chart.

We placed it on the dyno to log what is was making just right after Chinese New Year and the results was catastrophic. There was a spew of white smoke after we did a 5th gear pull and we captured the log. The boost request was extremely high.

One and a half month down the road, after having the turbo repaired. We proceed to revert it back to factory calibration but to our astonishement, the firmware was locked and we could not perform any update thru OBD. We have to boot the ECU and obtain a factory firware to unlock it. Dear tuners out there, please, do not apply any locks. Even we don't lock the ECU. If other companies wish to copy your work, there are alway ways.

After all the hiatus, we can now safely run the calibration thru OBD programming. Running Porsche's on the dyno is not easy, especially with air intake temp being the culprit to provide accurate power reading.

The results:-

Stock : 351whp (430HP) & 444wtq (500NM)
Stage 2 : 418whp (490HP) & 610wtq (660NM)
60whp and 160nm increase. On mid power band, the increase was around 100whp!

We added crackle enhancement in Sport mode as well to give the car more sportier sound.

We don't claim to be Porsche specialist especially when it comes to powertrain calibration but we take great efforts to ensure our calibration is safe and usable for all conditions.
