So where do we, KVM start?

Our brother Ronald probably got a little off course from the usual low riding track oriented performance cars that everyone adores, so he got himself something that he could get in and out off with much much ease.

So what he got for himself was the 60 series Toyota Land Cruiser, code name KVM 001, and boy oh boy it's a good looking time capsule. You cannot begin to apprehend the time and effort that Ronald took to land himself on such a mint condition 60 Series Land Cruiser. Do bear in mind this magnificent time capsule is 30+ years old now, and it looks so much better than most new car that's going around on the road nowadays.

What made this acquisition even more amazing is that prior to that, he started his search with the 80 series first, then the 70 series before setting his eyes on the 60 series. All these, sparks the idea which brings us to where we are today, the birth of KVM.

While the Land Cruiser has moved to be taken care by it's new owner, it has started something exciting for us all to look forward to. The journey for KVM has just started!!

The other limited production European HotHatch in line up is none other than Ray's Renault Megane RB8

It’s time to let go this beauty because I can’t go fully drifting with πŸ₯². This is tuned to Stage 2 mapping by famous tuner in UK, Paul from RS Tuning.

This car, thought me the kiss of turbo, thought me how well it handles during the corner with the help of L*D. Every throttle, every upshifting, every heel and toes downshifting, are the smile that you can have on your face. And yes, is torsion beam rear suspensions that paired with Custom Street Spec Coilovers by Fawster Motorsports.

The first ever limited edition French car, 2.0L Turbo FWD, only 15 units in Malaysia. This car teaches me a lot of things, from super fun driving techniques to you-can’t-brain mechanicals stuff. Made a lot of friends with this car and also a bunch of like-minded friends in β€œNew RS Batch”, like arguing which phone holder is better for the car 😜.

The Race Mode always gave me the full tons of happiness to keep my mind focus on driving it. Trust me, when you turn off ESC fully and entered RACE MODE……buy it and find out or feel free to book for a test drive πŸ˜†.

Before passing it to the new owner, this car showed a lot of symptoms of not wanting to leave, which I faced a lot of hiccups by myself during the week, making it totally not my day and not I wished it for. Kept on whispering to me that he wants to stay.

It happened so quick that as soon as I’ve done all the necessary process on transferring ownership, I thought I can still keep for 1 or 2 days, but on the night itself the new owner came for collection. Caught me off guard for a moment then I quickly do one last wash and removing my personal stuff from the car.

It was a sudden goodbye, but at least I know you are in a good hand. It’s been a long day, without you my friend, and I will tell you about it when I see you again.
