Because of trust, our Singapore customer travelled all the way to Melaka and handed his Volkswagen Jetta to CarPro Service Centre.

After inspection, we found that the alternator had completely failed. The main cause was engine oil leakage, where oil entered the alternator area and damaged the internal electronic components, resulting in charging failure.

After replacing the alternator and performing final charging system checks, the charging system returned to normal and the customer safely drove back to Singapore.
