🚗 Mini Cooper S – B48 Engine | Morning Start Misfire Case

The owner complained of misfiring during the first start in the morning, but the issue would improve once the engine warmed up. ⚠️
After a detailed inspection and diagnosis, we traced the problem to a broken engine ventilation hose running from the valve cover to the intake hose.

When this hose breaks, it causes a vacuum leak, leading to incorrect air–fuel mixture during cold starts — which explains the misfiring symptom. If left unattended, it can affect drivability and long-term engine health.

We replaced the damaged engine ventilation hose, ensured all connections were properly sealed, and checked for any additional vacuum leaks. After repair, cold starts are now smooth and stable, with no more misfiring. 💪🔧

🚗 Volkswagen Passat B7 1.8 TSI – Major Repair Case

The car came in with gear shifting issues and coolant-related problems. After a full diagnosis, we identified two main causes that required immediate attention.

First, the Mechatronic unit was faulty, which affected gear engagement and shifting smoothness. This is a critical component of the DSG system — once it starts to fail, symptoms like jerking, delayed shifts, or warning lights may appear. We replaced the Mechatronic unit to restore proper transmission control and smooth driving performance. ⚙️💪

Secondly, the radiator was found to be compromised, leading to coolant loss and potential overheating risks. To ensure the engine stays at the correct operating temperature, the radiator was replaced and the cooling system was thoroughly checked and pressure-tested. 💧❄️

After repairs, the Passat is now shifting smoothly, running at stable temperature, and ready for daily driving again. 🚘✨

🔧 Volkswagen EA111 Engine – Charge Pipe Issue

This car came in with loss of power and unstable boost response.
Upon inspection, we found that the charge pipe had broken off, causing boost leakage and affecting overall engine performance. ⚠️

A damaged charge pipe will lead to poor throttle response, reduced power, and can even trigger warning lights if left untreated.
We replaced the faulty charge pipe, ensured all connections were secured properly, and checked the boost system to confirm everything was back to spec. 💪

Now the engine is breathing properly again — power delivery restored and driving feels smooth once more. 🚗✨

🐞 Volkswagen Beetle 1.2 TSI came in for a major repair job!

Owner had been experiencing gear shifting issues and jerking while driving, which are classic symptoms of a failing Mechatronic unit.
After thorough diagnosis, we confirmed the Mechatronic was faulty — so we replaced it with a recon unit to restore smooth gear engagement and proper transmission response. ⚙️💪

At the same time, we also found the radiator connector was leaking, which could lead to coolant loss and overheating if left unattended. The connector was replaced and the cooling system pressure-tested to ensure everything is sealed and healthy again. 💧❄️

Now, this little Beetle is running perfectly smooth and ready to hit the road again! 🚗✨
