AVANZA Sebelum repair, aircond 19.5°C 🥵🥵🥵 customer complaint aircond dia tak sejuk.. apa hal? lepas check, nah~~ cooling coil bocor, patutlah~~ isi gas tak lama, hilang lagi gas itu.

kalau case macam ni, paling baik datang kedai check dulu. Jangan sering Isi gas saja, sekali isi, beberapa puluh ringgit, beberapa hari dah habis.. Bazir wang..

Jadi, ada problem, datang kedai, kami check betul-betul.. termasuk component yang lain. Technician akan bagitau, condition semua part: apa yang masih OK; apa yang dah lemah, mau beri perhatian; apa yang betul-betul dah rosak.

semua ada gambar, ada video. kalau customer ada di sini, boleh lihat sendiri. lepas checking, technician akan kasi solusi yang sesuai, Sales team kasih quotation. Harga OK, baru proceed! 🤝🤝🤝. macam ni lah process kami.

kalau aircond ada problem, mau check; atau pun lama dah tak service, mileage dah lebih 40k, boleh buat basic service sudah..

Owner complaint aircond tak cukup sejuk. Lepas check, component semua ok, hanya discharge hose perlu ditukar. Jadi, dia proceed:

1) major service - buka dashboard, bersih dalaman dashboard, cuci cooling coil

2) tukar discharge hose

3) cabin filter baru

Semua process ambil masa 4jam.
