Automotive sound insulation use
1. Sound absorption
Sound absorption uses specific materials to reduce the amount of sound energy reflected, mainly to eliminate the resonance sound generated by the car at high speeds.
2. Sound insulation
Sound insulation materials are the most effective materials in sound insulation engineering, especially in low-end models with thin door steel plates and plastic parts in the car. The soundproof material can effectively isolate the incoming noise from the outside world and achieve the purpose of restoring the quiet carriage. While reducing noise, it also increases the tone and sound pressure of the in-car audio system.
3. Vibration damping
Vibration damping is mainly to offset the low-frequency noise caused by the resonance caused by the friction of various components in the car when the car is driving. Although the original factory usually processes part of the vibration sound source, it is usually insufficient because of the cost consideration. Therefore, the installation of appropriate vibration damping and sound insulation materials can isolate the transmission of vibration and further improve the noise reduction performance of the car.
4. The sealing project is simply to isolate the noise generated by the air flow formed when the car is driving to suppress the generation of wind noise

隔音材质算是隔音工程里效果最为显著的材料了,尤其在车门钢板以及车内塑料部件单薄的低端车款更为明显。隔音材质能够有效地隔绝外界传入的噪音,达到还原宁静车厢的目的。在降噪的同时,也因而提升车内音响系统的音色与音压。
3. 减振
减振主要是抵消车子在行驶时,车内各个部件相互摩擦所产生的共振而带来的低频噪音。虽然说原厂通常都会处理部分的振动声源,但因为成本的考量,通常是不足的。因此加装适当的减振隔音材质,能够隔绝振动的传播,进一步提升车子的降噪表现。
4. 密封工程简单上来说就是将车子行驶时形成的气流所产生的噪声个隔绝在外,以抑制风噪的产生。
