The future of AI hardware is being built through advanced packaging. 🧩

Intel Foundry is using EMIB (Embedded Multi-Die Interconnect Bridge) to change how chips are assembled. Instead of one giant, complex chip, specialised "chiplets" and memory are connected using high-speed silicon bridges in the substrate.

This method improves power efficiency and allows for more flexible, cost-effective designs for the world’s largest AI engines.
