👆🏻Another Ford Ranger Raptor 2.0L Biturbo Ecoblue with the SID212 ECU tuned to improve overall performance. In order to achieve best result, first to ensure all working mechanisms are in good shape & functionality. Many are afraid, worry, & even hesitate, however, it will not disappoint you if u maintain it well.

What do we tune (remap) to the ECU?
👉🏻Torque request & limiters
👉🏻Fuel injection time (duration)
👉🏻Fuel injection quantity
👉🏻Fuel injection phase (timing)
👉🏻Fuel rail pressure & limiters
👉🏻Turbocharger boost pressure & limiters
👉🏻Air quantity (based on air temp, density, elevation)
👉🏻Command EGR stay close all time (NOT delete)
👉🏻Vmax (Speed limit unlock) Preset at 170km/h

All necessary calibrations are done on all different modes & conditions available in different map tables, allowing it to take effect on different map switching by default to suit any condition predicted by the manufacturer.

Tuning/calibrating/map editing requires calculation, logic sense, technical knowledge - how well you understand the hardware, knowing the purpose & usage, all sort of consideration, risk analysis, tolerance & consequences, imagination on driving experience, prediction of components failure, possible natural phenomenon, etc.

As many has came across with electronics failure/fault diagnostic proven due to improper installation of 3rd party accessories, tons of enquiries approached for advise/recommendation.

Enthusiasts love to install accessories especially additional lightings for long distance dark drive, overland/off-road camping trips, or just simply showing off. Therefore, proper installation of these lights is concerned, especially on modern vehicles with complicated electronics on-board. Wrong/unauthorized installation & tapping wires may cause hassle & breakdown of many electrical components in the car such as BCM (Body Control Module), TCM (Transmission Control Module), ABS/ESP/DSC/ASR, or even the PCM (Powertrain Control Module). All these could also lead to multiplied complexity in diagnosing/troubleshooting when a warning/check sign lights up. (We’ve came across with tons of funny related breakdowns & issues)

👆🏻So, what’s up here? This Ranger Raptor 2.0 Biturbo Ecoblue is suffering from low oil pressure and the culprit was the engine oil pump assembly.

🤔What causes an oil pump to fail?
✅Oil contamination (sludge, metal shavings),
✅Low oil levels leading to starvation/cavitation, ✅Neglected oil changes,
✅Incorrect oil type & viscosity, low quality oil
✅Clogged screen tube due to sludge/debris
✅General long-term wear and tear
✅Heavy carbon build up, normally happens to stop & go traffic, long idle, short distance drive, always operates at low rpm, causing oil thickening the leads to sludge formation.
