We just completed an installation of Transformer Oil Filtration (TOF) plant at customer site from Sarawak.

The specialty of this TOF is mobility to re-refining / conditioning of transformer oil , reaching moisture level of 5 ppm or even lower and BDV value above 80KV. It is useful equipment for transformer maintenance.
The plant is equipped with a comprehensive Visual Addible early warning alarm system. Operation is fully automatic and control is maintained by PLC. Last but not least, the operator interfaces by a standard computer SCADA system by indicating all the plant efficiently, such as flow rate, temperatures, alarms, moisture in oil, litres processed, etc.
Upon completion installation of TOF, the session end with a training / briefing by our certified engineer.

Commissioning completed for one of our client quenching oil user. This is a centrifugal oil cleaning system which ables to remove contaminant up to 1 micron from the quenching oil without any filter involved!
Process runs by oil pressure and convert into rotational force of 8000 rpm, which separates and collect the contaminant out from the quenching oil.
This helps our client extend oil life span, reduce oil change cost, and also improve the product surface finishing post quenching process.

Well, we just successfully installed of the DX Disc - Centrifugal Separator at customer site from Penang.
What special about this machine is 3 way separation design. With the rotor ultra high speed up to 8,300 rpm, its able to separate sludge, water and oil in one and continuous process; is like all-in-one kind of machine.

What's offer more; this machine can be applied to heavy diesel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, sludge water clarification and purification to achieve sludge, oil and water separation.

Helping our customer for cost saving project is our duty.
Today we just completed an installation of Hydromaz machine at nearby customer factory in Klang.
This award winning non-chemical water treatment latest technology capable to online remove the scales from the water tank and piping system. In less than a month, the scale was removed and amount collected by Hydromaz can be seen clearly as shown. At the same time, it prevent algae and bacteria growth.
The cleaning process is very effective and yet non-chemical is adding, no pipe flushing and no filter required, thus you can imagine how much can be saved.

Helping our customer for cost saving is our priority.
Just completed a contract oil cleaning job at customer site from Kuantan.
Each job will accompany by a lab test report. As shown in the report, we have successfully reduce the moisture content from 6,500ppm to 220ppm only.
Thanks to the molecular sieve technology from our Electrostatic Oil Cleaner (CDOC) machine for this job done so smoothly.
Customer need not to throw away the waste oil, but instead can send to us for oil cleaning process.
