[MCM Spots x E60]

The 5th Generation of BMW’s 5 Series was introduced in 2003 up until 2010. More commonly known as the E60 and of course, the spectacular M5 powered by BMW’s S85 5.0L V10 Engine. Churning out 500hp and 520Nm of torque, it recorded 0-100 in the mid-four seconds!

We bumped into to this stunning machine at the petrol kiosk and just had to meet the owner. This variant runs on the M54 engine, but this owner’s built still just makes us excited like a little kid again looking at it just sitting there. Had a quick chat with the owner of this ride. Very tastefully done!

[MCM x F10]

To cap off MCM Spots of featuring 2.0-Litre Turbocharged cars. As we’ve had a JDM relic from the 80s, an Italian masterpiece from the 90s, here we have our buddy ‘s BMW F10 520i from the millennial years.

Powered by BMW’s N20 Engine, a 4-cylinder DOCH engine equipped with a twin scroll turbocharger, double-VANOS, and variable valve lift & timing, it produced 181hp & 270Nm of torque.

A pretty decent amount of power for a D-segment car as opposed to its alter ego, the F10 M5, powered by a S63 twin turbo engine which is a 4.4-litre V8 with a whopping 560hp and 680Nm of torque.

As for the interior, it felt immensely comfortable as both a passenger and the driver. It’s fine finishing coupled with BMW’s timeless cluster design just gives you a sporty and yet luxurious feel.

[MCM x Fiat Coupe]

Coming from an Italian car maker, we could expect nothing less than a bold and unique styling which gives it a pretty exotic look.

The Fiat Coupe released a few variants when it was introduced almost 3 decades ago, back in 1993. But the crème de la crème has to be the 20V 2.0-Litre turbocharged. 20V being 4 valves for each of its 5-cylinder engine. These motors were pushing out about 217hp and 310Nm of torque on roughly a 1.3 tonnes 2-door coupe. Pulling a 0-100km/h in just 7.5s! Man, talk about a punch!

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner behind the wheels, Alwin. He acquired this piece of beauty during the pandemic, gradually restored most of the parts and now it, just, looks, fantastic!
