CR-V AC Not Cold? The Real Problem Was a Leak! ❄️🚗

Last month, this CR-V owner came in for an AC gas recharge. We advised: if the AC becomes warm again within a short time, get the system checked—there’s likely a leak.

Two days ago, the owner returned. We asked, “Do you notice any unusual smell inside the car?” He nodded.

Our inspection revealed a seriously leaking Cooling Coil. We replaced the Cooling Coil and Air Filter, followed by a complete Air Cond Flushing.

🥶 Myvi AC Not Cold? Don’t Just Top Up Gas!

This Myvi came in with weak AC and had never done an Air Cond Flushing.

After a full inspection, we found a faulty Compressor and a badly corroded, clogged Receiver Drier. 😱

During flushing, the dirty oil that came out was enough to make the owner go 🤮😂

After proper repairs, flushing and testing—
❄️ the AC was so cold, the owner joked about needing a jacket! 🤭

🚗 Vios AC Not Cold + Grinding Noise?

A Vios owner came in with poor cooling and a strange grinding sound.
After a proper inspection, we found the real problem — a damaged Compressor Pulley, not the entire Compressor!

We replaced the Pulley and performed an Air Cond Flushing to clean and protect the AC system.

The owner was previously advised to replace the whole Compressor.

Six months ago, this Mercedes owner visited us for an A/C gas refill before the Chinese New Year holidays. With a family trip planned, there wasn't enough time for a full inspection.

Recently, the owner returned by appointment. After carefully removing the entire dashboard, we confirmed a leaking Cooling Coil. We replaced the Cooling Coil and Cabin Air Filter, followed by a complete Air Cond Flushing service. The A/C is now performing like new again.

Always adding aircond gas whenever the aircond is not cold? ❌

This Mercedes owner had his aircond gas topped up at another workshop, but after just one to two weeks, the aircond became warm again. Through a friend’s recommendation, he came to our workshop for a proper inspection.

Although we initially suspected the Cooling Coil, we insisted on a complete diagnosis instead of replacing parts based on assumptions. The real problem was finally identified — a leaking Condenser!
After replacing the Condenser and performing an Air Cond Flushing, the aircond was restored to its icy cold performance. ❄️

This Proton Saga owner had been refilling aircond gas every 1–2 weeks and had already visited 4–5 aircond shops, but no one could identify the real cause. 😓
