Hello everyone, I sincerely need your help.

This morning (25/2/2026) between 8.15am – 8.30am, my mother was involved in a serious accident on Penang Bridge and is currently unconscious in the hospital.

May I kindly ask if any drivers who passed by during that time have dashcam footage of the incident?Even a few minutes before or after the accident would be extremely helpful to us.

KOMTAR, PENANG SENTRAL and KTM STATION (Butterworth) are now the three main locations for the Public Inspection for the Mutiara Line LRT Project Scheme Amendment which will take place from 24 February to 24 May 2026.

Among the proposed changes are the extension of the route from Macallum to Penang Sentral across the sea, the addition of stations at Penang Sentral and Bagan Luar (provisional) and a new depot at Tapak Pesta Sungai Dua. Several previous alignments and stations have also been abolished in this latest amendment.

Penangites who want to know more or want to give their views, now is the time. Come and see the alignment plan and related documents for yourself before this project is expected to operate in December 2031. It will only take three months.

The situation on the ramp leading up to the multi-storey car park at Gurney Plaza last night when an old Alphard broke down on the ramp caused traffic to become stuck and severely congested.

Thank you to the management for immediately helping to clear the road.
