“The delay on this rainy night wasn’t because of me — it’s because the wiper wanted a day off.☔️”

It was raining nonstop in the middle of the night.
The wiper went on strike — and honestly, I almost wanted to call in sick too.
Our maintenance guy ran out into the rain to fix it.
Passengers were waiting for takeoff, while I was just waiting for the wiper to move.

Passenger: Why aren’t we flying yet?
Me: The wiper’s on strike — it said it doesn’t feel like working today.
Plane: It’s okay, I have the courage to face the storm.
Me: Bro, courage’s useless — you need visibility. 😃
