𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
👉 Greeting customers and working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, provide technical explanation and proceed with service work
👉 Working with team leader / mechanic to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
👉 Consulting with team leader / mechanic regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
👉 Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Prepare estimation cost of repair works and explain to customers regarding the work done and cost of repair.
👉 Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off.
👉 Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings.
👉 Liaising with team leader / mechanic about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
👉 Managing and overseeing the repair workflow and schedule.
👉 Actively communicate to customers on car repair status and advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
👉 Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
👉 Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
👉 Manage customer complaints and escalate to reporting manager
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
✅ A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
✅ Proficiency with industry-specific software such as EPC - Electronic Part Catalogue, Microsoft Office
✅ Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
✅ Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and able to interact with customers, mechanics and all levels in the organization
✅ Strong organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills.
✅ Self initiative at work, attention to detail, responsible, hardworking and responsive.
✅ Able to work with minimum supervision, motivated, confident, dynamic and customer oriented attitude.
✅ Able to complete all tasks before deadline and perform other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
✅ Experience in european car is a plus.

Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm
Basic 𝐑𝐌 𝟑𝟗𝟎𝟎 - 𝐑𝐌 𝟔𝟎𝟎𝟎 ( According to experience )
Allowance: RM 500
