Internship Opportunity: Digital Marketing, Admin, Data Analysis, and Customer Relations

Location: Bukit Mertajam Penang (near to Econsave Alma)
Duration: 3-6 Months

We are a vehicle sales company specializing in both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle.
We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join our team and gain valuable experience in the following areas: Digital Marketing, Administration, Data Analysis, and Customer Relations.
Position:
We are offering internship positions in the following areas:
Digital Marketing Intern
Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, create engaging content related to our vehicle offerings, and analyze campaign performance.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, proficiency in social media platforms, strong writing skills, and creativity.
Admin Intern
Responsibilities: Support daily office operations, assist with customer service inquiries, manage schedules, handle documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Requirements: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office), and strong communication skills.
Data Analysis Intern
Responsibilities: Collect and analyze sales data, generate reports on vehicle sales trends, assist with market research, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Requirements: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel), strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
Customer Relations Intern
Responsibilities: Assist in managing customer interactions, support customer inquiries and concerns, handle follow-ups, and contribute to improving the customer experience.
Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, ability to handle inquiries professionally, and a basic understanding of public relation.
