Perodua Myvi masuk — owner tanya kenapa bila on aircond, bunyi "klik" pump tu pun takde, dan memang tak sejuk.
Gejala macam ni kami dah biasa jumpa, jadi kami tengok pump dulu. Buka je nampak terus — magnet dia dah patah habis.
Kami terangkan pilihan yang ada pada owner. Dia pilih tukar satu pump baru terus.
Pasang siap + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk keluar. ✅

A Perodua Myvi came in — the owner asked why he no longer heard the pump click when switching on the aircond, and it wasn't cold. That symptom is one we see often, so we checked the pump first, and the magnet had snapped clean off. We walked the owner through the options and he chose a full pump replacement. Fitted, vacuumed and regassed — out the door cold. ✅

Ahad pagi. Jerebu masih tebal, tapi kedai buka macam biasa — dah ada kereta masuk pagi-pagi tadi.
Hari macam ni memang aircond kerja kuat sikit, semua tutup tingkap. Jaga diri semua ya.
Ahad kami buka setengah hari sahaja. ✅

Sunday morning. The haze is still thick, but we're open as usual — cars were already in first thing. On days like this the aircond works harder, with everyone's windows shut. Take care out there. We're open half day on Sundays. ✅

星期天早上。烟还是很重，我们照常开工——一早就已经有车进来了。

Toyota Hilux masuk — aircond langsung tak sejuk, gas pun kosong terus.
Buka cooling coil keluar, rendam dalam air — gelembung naik banyak, bocor teruk. Ini memang penyakit biasa model ni.
Owner pilih tukar coil original. Cabin filter pun kami tukar sekali — tengok gambar, lama vs baru memang beda jauh.
Pasang siap, test: sejuk, angin bersih, macam baru balik. ✅

A Toyota Hilux came in with no cold at all and zero gas. We pulled the cooling coil and dunked it — bubbles everywhere, leaking badly. It's a familiar fault on this model. The owner went for an original coil, and we swapped the cabin filter while we were in there; the old-versus-new photo says it all. Cold air, clean airflow, back to its best. ✅

Toyota Hilux 进厂——冷气完全不冷，gas 一点都不剩。
拆下 cooling coil 泡水一测，气泡冒不停，漏得很厉害。这个是这个 model 的通病。
车主决定换原装 coil。cabin filter 也顺便一起换掉——看照片就知道，新旧差别有多大。
装好测试：冷气凉、出风干净，漂漂亮亮恢复最佳状态。✅

Daihatsu masuk — bukan tak sejuk, tapi langsung takde angin keluar bila hidupkan aircond.
Gejala macam ni, suspek pertama memang blower motor. Kami check — betul, blower yang rosak. Gas takde masalah pun.
Owner setuju tukar. Pasang blower baru, hidupkan — angin keluar, sejuk terus. ✅
Takde angin ≠ kurang gas. Dua benda berbeza.

A Daihatsu came in — not "not cold," but no air coming out at all when the aircond was switched on. That symptom points straight at the blower motor, and a check confirmed it; the gas was perfectly fine. New blower fitted, airflow back, cold straight away. ✅ No airflow and low gas are two different problems.

Daihatsu 进厂——不是不冷，是开冷气完全没有风出来。
这种情况第一个怀疑对象就是 blower motor。检查之后确实是它坏了，gas 那边完全没问题。
车主决定更换。装上新 blower，一开——风出来了，冷气也跟着来。✅
没有风 ≠ 缺 gas，这是两件事。

Jerebu makin teruk minggu ni, panas p**a tu. Jaga diri semua ya.
Satu tips dari kami: masa jerebu, tekan butang recirculate dalam kereta (butang anak panah pusing dalam kereta tu). Aircond akan pusing balik udara dalam kereta, bukan sedut udara asap dari luar.
Kalau tekan recirculate tapi masih ada bau asap masuk — kemungkinan cabin filter dah kotor teruk.
Kedai kami buka macam biasa. Kalau nak singgah check, boleh WhatsApp dulu. ✅

The haze has been rough this week, and hot on top of it — take care, everyone. One tip from us: switch your aircond to recirculate (the button showing an arrow looping inside the car). It circulates the air already inside instead of pulling smoky air in from outside. If you've got recirculate on and still smell smoke, your cabin filter is probably long overdue. We're open as usual — WhatsApp us if you want it checked. ✅

这几天霾很重，天气又热，大家多保重。
给一个只有修冷气的人会讲的小提醒：开 recirculate（车内那个箭头绕圈的按钮）。冷气会循环车里的空气，而不是一直把外面的烟吸进来。
如果开了 recirculate 还是闻到烟味，那 cabin filter 大概率已经很肮脏了。

Toyota Hiace masuk — van syarikat ni asyik isi gas tapi tak tahan lama. Staf hantar datang untuk kami check.
Model ni biasanya coil depan yang bocor. Tapi kali ni terbalik: coil depan elok, coil belakang yang bocor. Jarang jumpa.
Jadi coil depan kami cuci, coil belakang tukar baru. Pasang balik, test siap — sejuk.
Sekarang staf boleh bawa van dalam keadaan sejuk, kerja pun tak seksa sangat. ✅

A company Toyota Hiace kept needing gas top-ups that never lasted, so the staff brought it in. On this model it's usually the front coil that leaks — but here it was the opposite: the front was fine and the rear coil was the leak. Not something we see often. Front coil cleaned, rear coil replaced. Cold again, and the crew who drive it every day get a comfortable cabin back. ✅

Toyota Hiace 进厂——公司的车，常常打 gas 但都撑不久，员工就送来给我们检查。
这个 model 通常是前面的 coil 漏。但这台刚好反过来：前面没事，漏的是后面那条 coil，比较少见。
所以前面的 coil 清洗，后面的换新。装回去测试——冷。
这样天天开这台车的员工，也能凉凉爽爽做工，没那么辛苦了。✅

Perodua Axia masuk — isi gas pun tak tahan lama. Kami periksa bahagian aircond dalam enjin dulu.
Nampak kesan minyak pada condenser — itu tanda gas bocor. Buka keluar check, rupanya condenser tu ada bengkok sikit. Macam mana boleh jadi, kami dan owner pun tak pasti.
Owner terus pilih tukar baru, hilang risau. Test siap: sejuk. ✅

A Perodua Axia's gas never lasted either. We started with the aircond parts in the engine bay and spotted oil traces on the condenser — the classic sign of a leak. Taking it out, we found it slightly bent; neither we nor the owner could say how it happened. He chose a straight replacement for peace of mind. Cold again. ✅

发现 condenser 上有渗油渍——这就是漏 gas 的迹象。拆下来一看，condenser 有点微弯；怎么弄成这样，我们和车主都想不明白。

Proton Persona VVT masuk — asyik isi gas tapi tak tahan lama. Bila macam ni, memang ada bocor.
Kami periksa, jumpa condenser yang bocor. Tunjuk pada owner, dia terus setuju tukar baru — terima kasih atas sokongan!
Tukar condenser + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik. ✅

A Proton Persona VVT kept needing gas top-ups that never lasted — a sure sign of a leak somewhere. We traced it to a leaking condenser. Shown the part, the owner went straight for a replacement. Thank you for the support! New condenser, vacuum and regas — cold again. ✅

Proton Persona VVT 进厂——常常打 gas，但每次都撑不久。这种情况基本上就是有地方在漏。
检查之后找到了：condenser 漏。给车主看过，他二话不说决定换新——谢谢支持！

Perodua Bezza masuk — langsung tak sejuk. Sambung gauge, gas kosong terus.
Periksa satu-satu: rupanya hose bergesel dengan body kereta sampai berlubang — situlah gas bocor.
Tunjuk pada owner, dia sendiri pun tak sangka boleh jadi macam ni. Terus setuju tukar hose baru.
Pasang hose baru, kami betulkan kedudukan dia supaya tak bergesel lagi. Test OK, sejuk. ✅

A Perodua Bezza came in with no cold at all — the gauge showed zero gas. Checking part by part, we found the hose had been rubbing against the car body until it wore right through, and that was the leak. The owner never expected it could happen that way, and went ahead with a new hose. We also repositioned it so it won't rub again. ✅

Perodua Bezza 进厂——完全不冷，上表一看，gas 一点都不剩。
一项一项查下去：原来是 hose 长期摩擦到车身，磨到破洞，gas 就是从那里漏掉的。
拿给车主看，他自己也没想到会这样磨。当场决定换整条 hose。
换好之后，我们把走位重新固定，不会再碰到车身。测试 OK，冷气回来。✅

Toyota Vios (2008) masuk — dulu pernah tukar compressor kat kedai kami, kali ni owner rasa tak sejuk balik.
Kami check: sistem aircond tersumbat. Puncanya drier filter dan expansion valve — dua benda ni memang selalu jadi punca sumbatan.
Tukar dua-dua + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik. ✅

A 2008 Toyota Vios came back — we'd replaced its compressor before, and now the cold was gone again. This time the system was blocked, and the culprits were the drier filter and the expansion valve, two parts that commonly cause blockages. Both replaced, vacuum and regas — cold again. ✅

Toyota Vios（08 年）进厂——之前在我们这里换过 compressor，这次车主说又不冷了。
检查后发现：空调系统阻塞了。原因是 drier filter 和 expansion valve——这两样是造成阻塞的常见元凶。
两个都换新 + 抽真空 + 加雪种，测试 OK，冷冷出车。✅
