Oil cooler failure leading to oil/coolant cross-contamination

Action Taken:
✅ Replaced defective oil cooler with a new OEM unit.
✅ Flushed and cleaned entire coolant circuit to remove any oil residue or contaminants.
✅ Refilled with fresh G12 Evo coolant and pressure-tested for leaks.
✅ Verified stable oil and coolant temperatures during test drive.
