Position / 职位: Full-Time Clerk (Car Dealership Admin) / 全职文员(汽车经销行政)
Location / 工作地点: Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities / 工作范围
• Facilitate car loan applications (submission, follow-up, agreement signing)
• Issuance of motor insurance policy (quotation, processing, policy delivery)
• Daily paperwork & administrative duties (filing, scanning, database update)
• Coordinate with bankers, insurance providers, and customers
Requirements / 要求
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) / 熟悉电脑操作(Microsoft Office)
• Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, good work ethic / 负责、细心、具备良好工作态度
• Preferably with related experience, but training will be provided / 有相关经验者优先,无经验也可培训
Working Hours / 工作时间
• Monday – Saturday / 星期一至六
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Saturday)
Salary / 薪资
💰 RM2,500 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
