🔍 What is Seal Inside™?

Seal Inside™ is Pirelli’s self-sealing tyre technology designed to maintain air pressure after a puncture caused by common road debris such as nails or screws.
With Seal Inside™, the vehicle can continue driving safely without the need for an immediate tyre change.

This technology integrates a special sealing layer inside the tyre structure, allowing it to automatically seal punctures and significantly reduce air loss.

🧠 How Seal Inside™ Works
1. Internal Sealing Layer
A special adhesive sealing compound is applied to the inner surface of the tyre tread area.
2. Automatic Puncture Sealing
• If the puncturing object remains inside the tyre, the sealing material surrounds it and prevents air leakage.
• If the object is removed, the sealing layer closes the hole instantly to stop air from escaping.
3. Effective Coverage
Seal Inside™ technology is capable of sealing up to 85% of typical punctures encountered in everyday driving.
