1. The price proposed herein is an estimation and is subject to revision.
2. The final price is contingent upon fluctuations in the currency exchange rate, with a variance margin of 0.25
3. The applicable currency exchange rate shall be determined in accordance with the Malaysian Customs' recommended mechanism, utilizing the weekly rate calculation.
4. For Cash Purchase a 3% margin will be add on to the cost price quoted while for loan purchases a 8% margin will be added.
5. A one-year warranty will be provided by the company for loan purchases. For cash purchases, the cost of the warranty shall be borne by the customer.
6. For cash purchases, the cost of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) shall be borne by the customer. For loan purchases, a basic PDI, including touch-up and service, will be provided by the company.
7. The estimated logistics timeline is 10-12 weeks for shipments from the United Kingdom and 4-6 weeks for shipments from Japan.
8. An option for air freight is available for United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 14 working days.
9. In order for securing the unit, for cash purchases a 50% will be collected from the quoted price while the remaining 50% upon BL. Meanwhile for loan purchases, 30% will be collected and loan will be submitted.
10. In the event of loan rejection, any deposit paid by the customer shall only be refunded (upon nego) after the vehicle has been successfully sold to another customer.
