Lot 8 otherwise now known as the Wolverine den for the winter got its makeover this morning. Located just 100 feet from our lot 10. Every pad has a dedicated laundry day included in their rent. They also get $2000 Pesos of free power, most never exceed that. Then there are all the amenities and extra curricular activities with the Haven crew!

Each of our 5 pads get a dedicated laundry day included in the rate. They also are each alloted $2000.00 Pesos of power consumption every month. Largest pads and best amenities on the entire Baja!

Just got a message from some folks who booked lot 10. They were coming for 5 months and had a tragic accident, they are ok but the truck and 5th wheel are totalled. This is one of the best spots on the entire Ranch and Baja Peninsula. Free laundry 1 day per week in the facility building on the lot. Rooftop patio and of course it includes all the Ranch's incredible amenities!
