Here we have a BMW X1.
Customers complaint was abs light on dash come and goes, also had drivabilty issues when light came on.
Customer had abs sensors changed at another garage, but the problem still presisted.
Eventually someone suggested taking the car to citygate motors.
We dived deeper in to the diagnostics, and found the abs module had a communication fault, module had an internal fault.
Replaced with a used one, coded and programmed.
All good to go, another happy customer.

Most modern vehicles nowadays come with automatic transmissions, either fully automatic or a CVT.
Never the less, just like you would have a engine serviced, transmission also require to be serviced, at manufacturers intervals. By over looking this can turn out to be a costly repair or a replacement transmission.
just a small example, what happens when not serviced by trained technicians.
Oil pump failed leading to valve body failure, the heart of the transmission.
This customer ended replacing the transmission.
