Want to upgrade your shocks for better cornering? Here are a few things you need to keep in mind. First of all if you are looking for maximum comfort, then standard shocks is what you are looking for! If you want to lower your car, then make sure that you lower it reasonably to meet your needs. If you are lowering your daily, you will not want it flat to the ground. If you are lowering for competition purposes, then its your call! is not as good as you think for your daily :)
As for choosing the right shocks for lowering, well there's just way too much to choose from. From hardened standards with lowering springs to the wildest ranges of coilovers, you will sure have a hard time deciding! A general guideline would be to look at the best brands if you can afford those or choose a nice set of reasonably priced coilovers to get a balance between comfort and stability. Coilovers are the best choice due to the ability to fine tune them (depending on the type) and the performance they offer at street level. If you can't go for coilovers, then make sure you get good lowering springs...
