We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining high service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations
Support the coordination and supervision of operational teams
Monitor workflow processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
Help implement operational policies and procedures
Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions
Assist in scheduling and planning
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
Prepare operational reports and performance summaries
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication
Support in handling operational issues and resolving problems quickly
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Previous experience in operations, supervision, or management support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools
Strong leadership potential and team coordination skills
