🎙️ 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿 — 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀
Leaving a stable career to build your own business is never an easy decision.
In my recent conversation on the @𝗝𝗮𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 𝗘𝘂𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁, I shared the real journey behind building 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 — from my years in the automotive and transport industry, including bus operations and Metro Express, to eventually taking the leap into entrepreneurship.
We spoke openly about the risks, sacrifices and challenges involved — financial uncertainty, managing employees, meeting customer expectations, investing continuously in tools and technology, and building a business where 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 become your strongest reputation.
One lesson I strongly believe in:
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
