We just wrapped up a successful testing and data-logging session on this stunning 2019 BMW M5 F90 xDrive!

Before we dive into future upgrades and unlock more horsepower, it is crucial to establish a solid baseline. We switched this beast into 2WD mode to accurately log critical performance metrics and gather exact data.

🔥 2018 Audi RS3 DAZA – Flex Fuel Tune Complete! 🔥

This 2018 Audi RS3 DAZA came in for a full flex fuel conversion and custom dyno calibration.

✅ Installed a flex fuel sensor and integrated it directly into the vehicle's system

✅ Real-time ethanol content monitoring displayed in the car, including the power display

✅ 6 selectable maps that can be switched on-the-fly

✅ Custom flex fuel calibration with extensive dyno testing and data logging

After multiple dyno runs and careful calibration across the ethanol range, we were able to achieve:

🚀 550 HP
💪 700 Nm Torque

A huge improvement over the factory output of 400 HP / 480 Nm!

+ 150hp & +220nm from stock !

The result is an RS3 that delivers significantly more power and torque, with the added benefit of automatically adapting to varying ethanol blends while maintaining excellent drivability and reliability.

From stock to 550 HP and 700 Nm, this DAZA is now an absolute weapon. 🔥

Another Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type RA in for a Link plug-and-play flex fuel setup.

Proper dyno session getting the flex fuel tune dialled in across the ethanol concentration range. We stopped at E50 due to injector duty limits.

370hp / 410Nm on pump fuel.
425hp / 480Nm on E50.

Fresh setup for this Subaru Impreza GD WRX STI with a Link ECU plug-and-play install 🔥

To get the car ready for tuning on our 2WD chassis dyno, we carried out the 2WD pin swap before dialing everything in properly. The setup was upgraded with a set of Injector dynamics 1050cc injectors an FMIC and an exhaust , giving the extra fuel and airflow it needed to come alive.

After tuning, the car laid down:

• 330HP
• 420Nm torque

Setup:
• Stock K04-23 turbo
• 38mm external wastegate
• Upgraded intercooler & piping
• 630cc injectors

Results:➡️ 280hp➡️ 390Nm

That’s a gain of +100hp and +155Nm over stock 💪
