Sterling AutoSales is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for the automotive industry to develop their career in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in the showroom to identify their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Provide professional advice on financing options, trade-ins, and promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in sales; prior automotive sales experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
