Onboarding Specialist / Assistant (Short-Term Rentals)

We’re hiring a proactive, detail‑oriented teammate to bring new units to market. Work with the Director and Property Managers to finish properties for short‑term rental and ensure guest-ready spaces.

What you’ll do
New unit onboarding: walkthroughs, punch lists, materials, timelines, trades/coordinators, brand-aligned updates
Quality control: pre-checks, listing photos/descriptions, safety/compliance Operations support: schedule tasks, manage calendars/travel/on‑site visits, status updates

Additional duties
Administrative & Operations: admin support, onboarding new properties, staging for photography, photography scheduling, stock/linen supplies, invoicing, deliveries
Guest Relations: manage guest communications, handle calls, Eco Tax payments

Requirements

Fluent in English; strong communication
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Calm under pressure; highly organized
Flexible; weekend availability
Hands-on, proactive, collaborative

Requirements
Minimum 6 days a week availability (flexible)

Experience in property refurbishment or onboarding (preferred)

Basic handyman skills or ability to coordinate contractors
Able to travel between properties
