👷‍♂️ Full-time WORKSHOP COORDINATOR position needed🚗🪛

The auto workshop coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, proper scheduling of repairs, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating between mechanics, customers, and supplies to maintain a smooth and productive workshop environment.

Creating and maintaining risk assessments for the workshop and machinery using our Health and Safety software ● Responsible for housekeeping of the workshop. Overseeing tool maintenance and consumables stock levels ● Training staff and volunteers on tools and practices within the workshop.

- Providing updates on clients' vehicles
- Order and manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of parts
- Assist, support, and supervise workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer transactions

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop safety standard
- Proficiency in computer applications.
