Responsibilities:
🔹Update customer and vehicle information accurately in the ERP system.
🔹 Coordinate and follow up with the operations team regarding the repair process and job status.
🔹 Capture and upload repair process photos in a timely manner and forward them to customers through viber.
🔹 Maintain accurate data records, including check-in reports and repair orders.
🔹 Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with company standards.
🔹 Support day-to-day administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
🔸 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
🔸 Ability to work with ERP systems and basic computer applications.
🔸 Good communication and coordination skills.
🔸 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
🔸 Previous experience in data entry or automotive industry is an advantage (optional).
