✈️ YANGON AIRPORT TRANSFER
• Usage time: 3 hours
🏙️ YANGON CITY – FULL DAY
• Usage time: 10 hours
• Overtime: 10% of the daily rental rate per additional hour
• Any extra minutes will be counted as one full hour.
🏙️ YANGON CITY – HALF DAY
• Usage time: 5 hours
• Overtime: 10% of the daily rental rate for one additional hour
• If the overtime exceeds one hour, the full-day rental rate will apply.
📍 Yangon City Area refers to locations within the Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) area.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside Yangon City, including Hlaing Tharyar, Hmawbi, Hlegu, Htauk Kyant, Thanlyin, Dala, Shwe Pyi Thar, industrial zones, and other suburban areas. Charges may vary depending on vehicle size and distance.
🛣️ LONG-DISTANCE TRIPS
For destinations such as Mandalay, Taunggyi, Bagan, and other long-distance destinations:
• Minimum rental period: 3 days
• Vehicle usage time: 14 hours per day
• If the trip starts at night, an additional daily rental charge will apply.
Please note that if a trip ends earlier than the originally agreed rental period, the rental fee will still be calculated according to the originally confirmed number of days.
If the travel route is changed from the route originally agreed upon, the rental rate may also be adjusted accordingly.
💰 BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
• A 40% deposit is required once the booking is confirmed.
• The remaining balance must be paid when the vehicle departs.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
• Without a deposit, the booking will not be considered confirmed.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is cancelled or the customer is unable to travel on the confirmed date.
⚠️ IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
🚫 Carrying illegal items, narcotic drugs, or any prohibited substances/materials in the vehicle is strictly not allowed.
🪪 All passengers are kindly requested to carry their National ID cards or valid identification documents during the trip.
