🔸 Spare Parts Controller (EV Car Showroom) - 1 Post
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts.
- Stock Control Monitor stock levels, reorder parts as needed, and manage obsolete inventory.
- Vendor Relations Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Customer Service Assist technicians and customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts.
- Quality Control. Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy against orders.
- Reporting Generate regular inventory and usage reports for management review.
Qualifications

🔸 Service Advisor (1) Person - Male
A Service Advisor has to act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians. The Service Advisor communicates with customers to determine their vehicular problems, figure out actual problem with the assistance from technician if necessary, and provide estimate cost & required time. He / She is the only contact point of customers.
Role and Responsibilities
• Customer Service
o Greets customer and recognizes their name if possible
o Listen what customer concerns.
o Figure out and confirm the problem of the vehicle with technical assistance from technician.
o Generate the quotation and advise time required.
o Explain customer to get agreement to carry out.
o Follow the SOP to start the job.
o Follow up time by time the progress of on-going repair / service job.
o Make sure QC and final check-up.
o Return the vehicle to the customer.
• Documentation and Report
o Create necessary form and documents as per SOP.
o Maintain properly the respective document into Job Card Envelop
o Report to Workshop Manager.
• Training and Skill
o Basic operation of a automotive must be essential.
o The features spec of MG Vehicles must be in mind at all times
o The communication skill with any type of people must be excellent.
o Do not respond to the customer directly with rude or bad behavior (Pass to the higher level if you cannot handle before too late).
o Team work spirit must be essential.
o Report to superior immediately if anything goes wrong or doubt in time.

The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Plan and executive all digital marketing activities including marketing database, media buying, social media and display advertising campaigns.
