SailCoach and the Royal Malta Yacht Club Sailing School are internationally recognised organisations within our sport. We are seeking a Development Optimist Coach to join our expanding coaching team and club pathway programme. Working alongside experienced senior coaches in a well established racing environment, the successful candidate will play an active role in developing young Optimist sailors within the club’s racing programme. This position is suited to someone looking to build a long-term future within high-performance youth sailing.
