✨Team Spotlight: Russell Stockil✨
Our Head of Yacht Management is Russell Stockil: A qualified Captain, Marine Surveyor and member of The Nautical Institute with over 30 years of industry experience – at sea and ashore. A regular contributor and panellist at various industry events, Russell also sits on the board of the MYBA Yacht Management Committee and is the Course Director for the Superyacht Management Diploma which is run by the Maritime Training Academy. In his words;
“Truly effective yacht management requires a multi-disciplinary skill set. As stakeholders in the industry, yacht management has a key responsibility to provide continuity throughout the lifecycle of the yacht with it’s changes in Ownership, Captain/Crew, Flag/Class, location/jurisdiction and multitude of service providers each with their own role to play and an agenda not necessarily aligned with the overall best interests of the yacht operation.”
