French-born and driven by a passion for creating memorable experiences, Maxime brings a refined yet relaxed approach to dining at sea. His menus are inspired by seasonality, exceptional ingredients and a genuine understanding of hospitality, resulting in cuisine that feels fresh, generous and perfectly tailored to each guest.
Having built his career across restaurants, private chef positions and culinary consultancy projects, Maxime combines strong technical expertise with creativity and attention to detail. From Montpellier and Paris to international ventures in Australia and Canada, his journey has shaped a broad culinary perspective and an instinctive ability to adapt to every setting.
Today, drawing on his experience as both Head Chef and Co-Manager, Maxime leads the galley with calm precision, delivering thoughtful, flavour-driven dining experiences that become an integral part of life on board PLAN B.
Launched in 2012, PLAN B is a striking 73m motor yacht by Focus Yacht Design, built by HDW and finished with timeless Alberto Pinto interiors. Accommodating up to 12 guests across eight beautifully appointed suites, she combines elegant craftsmanship with exceptional onboard comfort — from her private master balcony and bridge deck VIP cabins to her sun deck whirlpool bath, wellness area, beach club, extensive water toy collection and smooth 13-knot cruising. With a professional crew of 20, PLAN B is available for a refined charter experience in the South of France, Corsica or Monaco under the YET Scheme.
