Meet Jihane, our EVP Ambassador from YMM
▶️ Please tell us about yourself and your current role at Yazaki.
💬 My name is Jihane, and I work as a Labor Relations & HR Administration Specialist at Yazaki Morocco – Meknes with over 11 years of experience. I am proud to be part of a dedicated HR team, where I support different HR services and collaborate with colleagues to help foster a positive and respectful work environment.
▶️ What does the Yazaki Spirit mean to you, and how do you live our values in your daily work?
💬 In Yazaki, I work with Courage—having the confidence to speak up, take responsibility, and act with integrity. Living our values means facing challenges with openness, supporting others when it matters, and contributing honestly to a healthy and respectful work environment. In my daily work, I show courage by engaging constructively, addressing issues with transparency, and working collaboratively to create trust and positive impact.
▶️ What do you enjoy most about your work at Yazaki, and what motivates you every day?
💬 What I enjoy most is working with people and being able to support them. Helping resolve issues and contributing to employee well-being is deeply rewarding. What motivates me every day is the sense of responsibility I carry, along with the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within Yazaki.
▶️ How do you collaborate within your team and with other departments?
💬 Collaboration at Yazaki is based on open communication and mutual respect. Within our HR team, we support one another, share information, and work together toward common goals. With other departments, I maintain close communication, listen to their needs, and provide HR support to help them succeed.
▶️ What does being an EVP Ambassador mean to you?
💬 Being an EVP Ambassador means having the "Courage" to get involved, speak up when needed, and support others beyond my daily role. It is about taking responsibility, contributing positively, and living Yazaki’s values through everyday actions.
