Oracio Salvioli has passed away. The Lamborghini community lost a great man this week. Like many others, I join in the grief of his family, to Luca & Davide.
Oracio possessed the knowledge and technical history of every Lamborghini models, from the 350 GT to the Diablo GT. Pioneer of Ferruccio Lamborghini's era, he was, among other things, the factory production quality manager, Collaudatore - test driver, and for years he managed the famous "Servizio Clienti" and restoration department at the factory, before later developing Top Motors with his son Luca. R.I.P.

7th May 1963, a tuesday, 60 years ago, Ferruccio Lamborghini and his wife Annita Borgati have signed the official creation & birth of Automobili Lamborghini.... there is only date.

Ferruccio had already decided to use since March 1963 his new logo on his others industries : Trattori (we are celebrating its 75th Anniversary : 1948-2023) and Calor in order to have a common label & logo for all his industries.

Silvano Toni, founder of Toni Auto in Maranello, has reached on 21st august Enzo Ferrari in heaven.
His automobile workshop is opposite to the historic Ferrari entrance. He restored and maintained the finest Ferrari models. He was able to communicate his passion and enthusiasm to his family.
He was also very qualified to restore Lamborghini Miura. Back in december 2018, I followed the restoration of the Miura SV #5068 on behalf of one of my clients at Toni Auto.
I was welcomed each month by Silvano, in order to follow the progress of the restoration of this orange SV... Affable, jovial, passionate and so simple... It is with great affection that I bid you farewell... R.I.P.
