In this video, we put a pneumatic wheel gun on the LABA7 Torque Measuring Device to see what it really delivers under load. The result shows a huge difference.

Why are the advertised torque and real tool output not always the same?

Most brands rate wheel guns as part of a full tightening system, while the LABA7 TMD measures the gun directly, capturing real torque peaks, hit patterns, and speed in real time.

Load cells are the most overlooked part of a racing scale, even though they’re the most important.

Always choose scales with 3 or 4 load cells, as they provide superior accuracy. Also, take care when weighing your ride, as it’s important to work on an even surface with the scales perfectly levelled.

Weak wheel gun or weak air supply? The result can look the same, but the cause is not.

This is where the LABA7 TMD becomes a real diagnostic tool, not just a tester. Connect the included air pressure sensor, run the test, and compare the air supply graph with the torque graph in the software. That side-by-side data helps you see whether the problem comes from the impact wrench itself or from an unstable air supply.
