Customer Upgrade: Audi A4 B7 Sound System Enhancement

A client approached us with the goal of significantly improving the sound quality in their Audi A4 B7. Previously, non-factory speakers were installed in the car, but their performance was subpar. We removed the old speakers and replaced them with high-quality two-way Hertz CK 165 speakers both front and rear.

The installation was done in the factory locations, but we reinforced and modified the mounting points for the mid-bass drivers to ensure optimal performance.

Earlier, the client had also entrusted us with the installation of an 8-channel Musway amplifier. Now, the system is fully optimized, with every component working at its full potential for an exceptional audio experience.

The car came from the factory with a Canton sound system, but its audio quality was far from satisfactory. Our goal was to enhance the sound experience.

To achieve this, we replaced the factory acoustics with high-performance components from Blam Audio. For amplification and system control, we selected the exceptional Mosconi One 6|10, featuring a 10-channel sound processor. Additionally, we installed Soundmagus B Series speakers for the rear. As part of our meticulous approach, we performed thorough door audio preparation to eliminate any potential rattling sounds before installing the new components.

In place of the spare wheel, we installed an Eton active subwoofer, which delivered outstanding performance.

We opted not to use the signal from the original Canton amplifier, as it was heavily fragmented and lacked the integrity required for high-quality sound. Instead, we decided to reprogram the car's basic audio system and extract a high-level signal directly from the head unit. While the process presented several challenges, we successfully completed the installation.
