We spend all week building parts for big twins, so naturally, we spent our day off racing 5-horsepower engines. 🏎

The entire Killer Custom crew stepped out of the workshop and onto the kart track to settle some long-standing shop floor arguments. It turns out that knowing how to bend a perfect set of Killer Bull Bars does not mean you know how to hit an apex.🏁

Some of the guys should definitely stick to welding.🎤 💥

When we started on this 2023 FXST, the goal wasn't just to bolt on parts, but to fix the stance. Stock Standards tend to look narrow and top-heavy. We wanted this one low, wide, and grounded.

We started by replacing the front end with our 49mm Wide Triple Trees Set to make room for a bigger front tire. From there, the philosophy was seamless integration - making custom bodywork flow like it came that way from the factory. We dropped the front forks, added our Avenger tank cover, side covers, and Bobbstr radiator cover to fill out the middle, and finished the tail with a tight Rodstr rear fender and Predator seat. Tied together with black and gold paint, it's a balanced, heavy-hitting build built to sit low and ride hard.

It’s easy to look at a clean custom Harley or a row of freshly finished handlebars and assume it’s a simple process. The reality is a relentless cycle of test-fitting, modifying, sanding, welding, and checking tolerances until everything aligns down to the millimeter.

Before a fender or fairing ever sees a drop of paint, someone is standing over a workbench with air tools, hand-finishing every edge to ensure a proper fit. Before a set of handlebars ships out, they are welded, inspected, smoothed, and carefully packed by hand right here in the shop. We put the labor into the fabrication phase so when your parts arrive, you spend your time riding, not forcing things to fit.

Blacked out, mean, and dripping in red details. 🩸

Our latest 2024 Low Rider ST build is all about saying goodbye to the factory HD clutter and dialing in an aggressive, high-end profile. The absolute highlight of this machine in our eyes is the cockpit transformation. We installed our Champion handlebars with a 6" rise, paired with our brand-new analog cluster relocation bucket mount kit. It positions the 4" speedometer flush and clean right on top of the bars - making the view from the saddle so much cleaner.

Up front, we fitted our new ECE-approved 5 3/4" Honeycomb LED Headlight behind that deep red fairing windshield. Out back, we completely rethought the rear end, combining our custom license plate bracket with our ECE-approved LED Taillight & Turn Signal Combo Kit mounted right on top of the plate for a super clean, minimal tail look.

"Hi, I lost my TÜV papers. Can you just send me new ones?" 🙄

It happens every week. Someone buys a cheap, uncertified plastic copy of our fairings , body parts (or even handlebars) online, realizes they can’t pass European inspection, and asks us to hand over our official paperwork to bail them out.

Our documents represent real engineering and rigorous safety testing. That’s why every genuine Killer Custom body part and handlebar is marked with a hidden, unique VIN sticker. When you ask us for papers, we ask for a photo of that VIN. And just like that... they stop replying. 👻

Don’t gamble your safety on cheap copies, and don't ask us to share our homework. Support original builders.

Sometimes the best backdrop for a premium custom build is a dusty barn and some livestock. 🐮

We put this FXFBS Fat Bob together back in 2021, completely blacked out and stripped of anything unnecessary. Looking back at this build half a decade later proves that when you stick to our core design language, the bike doesn't age out of style. The lines flowing from the custom front fairing down to the tail section, highlighted perfectly against some beautiful cows;)
