Summer mode: ON. β˜€οΈ

For automotive teachers and training centres, summer is a chance to take a breath after a busy year in the classroom and workshop.

But we know that a new term is never far from your thoughts:
πŸ”§ New student groups
⚑ New vehicle technologies
πŸ› οΈ New practical lessons to prepare

If you are using the quieter summer period to plan, upgrade or rethink your automotive training space, let’s talk.

Our team can help you find the right equipment for your programme – based on your curriculum, workshop space and budget – or prepare a specialised equipment list built around the skills your students need to develop.

Enjoy the sunshine, recharge, and get ready for a strong new academic year.

The vehicles entering workshops are changing fast. Electric cars now account for roughly one in four new cars sold worldwide. ⚑

For automotive training, that means students need more than an introduction to EV technology. They need to understand the electrical fundamentals behind every system – and gain safe, practical experience with the hybrid and high-voltage technology they will meet in the workshop. πŸ”§

That is our focus for this year at Automechanika and this is what we build!

πŸ”΄ 8–12 September we will be at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 in Hall 8.0, Stand J74, demonstrating training equipment that takes students from foundational electronics through hybrid systems and into full EV training.

Let's meet in Frankfurt! 🀝
Whether you represent a vocational school, technical college, university, training centre, or automotive organisation, our specialists will be available to discuss your training needs and demonstrate how AutoEDU equipment can help students develop industry-relevant skills.

We look forward to meeting you at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026!

Last week was a big one. 🎀πŸ”₯

AutoEDU ran its own session at the ASE Instructor Training Conference in Frisco, Texas – "Preparing Tomorrow's Technicians: Innovative Tools for Automotive Education."

David Gesell and Paulius Mačerinskas walked instructors through where automotive training is headed: diagnostics πŸ”§, EV systems πŸ”‹, fault simulation βš™οΈ, and hands-on tools that actually get students engaged (not just watching).

The best part? A lot of familiar faces in that room. Instructors we've met before, coming back to hear what's new. πŸ™Œ

Thank you to everyone who joined us – great questions, great energy. ✨

Day 1 in Frisco, Texas! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

The best part of today wasn't a session or a demo β€” it was how many familiar faces from past events we ran into. Instructors who now know AutoEDU, say hi first, and remember who we are.

That's the kind of progress that doesn't happen overnight. More from the ASE Instructor Training Conference soon!

More updates from Frisco this week to follow! ⭐

We're heading to Texas!

AutoEDU will be at the 16th Annual ASE Instructor Training Conference, July 20–23, 2026, in Frisco, Texas – and this year we're bringing a bigger team and a bigger story to tell.

Same people, same company – but significantly grown in the US market. More sales, a wider product portfolio, and more training institutions across the country getting to know, understand, and trust our solutions.

Catch our session:
πŸ“… Wednesday, July 22 | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

"Preparing Tomorrow's Technicians: Innovative Tools for Automotive Education" – David Gesell and Paulius Mačerinskas

We'll be live at the conference presenting AutoEDU and our training equipment in person. If you're attending, come find us – David, Paulius, and the rest of the team will be there and would love to meet you.

See you in Frisco, Texas! ⭐

1/4 of all new cars sold globally this year are electric or plug-in.

Many automotive programs are still training students on internal combustion.

We've been asked the same question many times: "Do you have an full EV trainer for programs with a smaller budget and a smaller lab?"

Today, we do.

Introducing the AE03 – our most affordable full EV trainer yet.

Designed specifically for programs where space and budget have always been the sticking point.

Small footprint. Real vehicle. No high-voltage barriers.

Here's what makes it stand out:
πŸ”’ No HV infrastructure needed – Runs at under 60V DC. No specialist PPE, no lab upgrades. Works with what you already have.

πŸš— A real vehicle, not a simulator
Built on the Opel/Fiat/CitroΓ«n 48V platform. Full diagnostics on actual EV hardware – the same systems students will work on professionally.

πŸ”§ 30 fault simulations
Dedicated break-out test box, direct probe access, plexiglass battery cover. Deep diagnostic practice, built in.

πŸ“¦ Compact
At 2,410 Γ— 1,390 mm, it's less than half the length of our other full EV trainers. Perfect for labs where space is a real constraint.

If you've assumed real EV training was out of reach – the AE03 might change that.

πŸ“ˆ Here's a number worth noting: students using hands-on, immersive learning tools scored 84% on average in automotive assessments and those in passive, lecture-based programs scored 62%. With same material, same students, but different methodology.

The Petrol DOHC Engine Cutaway Trainer IVDB03 is our OEM engine based solution with crankshaft, pistons, camshafts, valves, lubrication, cooling – all visible and accessible.

Students can work through 30 hands-on tasks:
πŸ”§ Timing chain service & replacement
βš™οΈ Camshaft alignment
πŸ”© Auxiliary belt replacement

We enable students not only to learn how a DOHC engine works, but learn on one. πŸ› οΈ

EVs are everywhere. Technicians who can service them, unfortunately, are not.

Training programs need to close that gap – but teaching high-voltage systems safely isn't simple.

The MSEM01 is a real Nissan Leaf motor, redesigned for the classroom. Hands-on, safe, and built for diagnostics practice from day one.

No high-voltage risk. Full real-world relevance.

πŸŒ™ While Europe πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ίis already asleep, America πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ is getting to work.

The AutoEDU team is on the ground at the NACAT Conference, meeting educators, sharing ideas, and discussing how hands-on training can better prepare the next generation of automotive technicians. πŸš—βš‘

We just got back from Cyprus πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ύ

This was our second visit to the Regional Technical and Agricultural School of Famagusta – Avgorou. The first time, we delivered complete vehicle trainers – a hybrid plug-in (AHPLIN01) and an EV trainer (MSEV01).

This time, we focused on individual automotive systems:
πŸ“‘ MSCAN01 – CAN Bus Educational Trainer
βš™οΈ MSD01 – Sensors & Actuators Educational Trainer
πŸ”Œ MSEMP01 – Basics of Electronics Training Stand
❄️ MSC03-D – Dual Zone A/C & Climate Control Trainer

Our team trained the instructors on-site. We started with CAN bus – fault simulation, reading, diagnosis. Then moved to electronics, where our MSEMP01 stand proved its value: several instructors had a mechanics background with no prior electronics experience. By the end, they had a solid foundation – and 20+ certificates to show for it.

The collaboration has been smooth from day one. Happy to be growing this partnership in Cyprus. 🀝
