Job Title: Panel Be**er

We are looking for an experienced, creative and organised Panel Be**er to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing vehicle damage – Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural and cosmetic damage.
Removing damaged panels – Strip out damaged body panels, trim, and parts in preparation for repairs.
Repairing or replacing panels – Repair dents and reshape panels using hammers, dollies, or welding tools, or replace panels entirely if needed.
Straightening chassis and frames – Use hydraulic equipment and tools to realign vehicle frames and substructures.
Welding and metal fabrication – Cut, shape, and weld metal components as required to restore vehicle structure.
Sanding and surface preparation – Smooth repaired surfaces in preparation for painting or refinishing.
Ensuring structural integrity – Check that repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards.
Working with other technicians – Collaborate with painters, mechanics, and estimators to complete jobs efficiently.
Maintaining tools and equipment – Keep tools clean and in good working order, and follow workshop safety practices.
Providing repair estimates – Assist in estimating time, materials, and costs for repair.
Requirements:
Atleast 1year experienced.
Good communication skills
