Important Update: Personal Import Prices Revised After SSCL – From May 1, 2026.
SSCL කියන්නේ මොකක්ද?
SSCL (Social Security Contribution Levy) කියන්නේ ශ්රී ලංකාවේ හඳුන්වාදුන් බදු වර්ගයක්.
සරලව පැහැදිලි කරමු:
📊 ව්යාපාරවල Turnover (මුළු ආදායම) මත අය කෙරෙන බදුයක්
📈 බදු ප්රතිශතය: 2.5%
🚗 වාහන ආනයනයට සෘජුව බලපානවා (Import කරන ව්යාපාරවලට අය කරන නිසා)
ඔබට මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ:
SSCL එක අය කරනකොට, importersලා ඒ වියදම වාහන මිලට එකතු කරනවා.
ඒ නිසා වාහන මිල වැඩි වෙනවා.
👉 ඒකයි SSCL පස්සේ vehicle prices change වෙන්නේ.
SSCL stands for Social Security Contribution Levy.
It’s a tax introduced by the Sri Lankan government and applied to the turnover of businesses (mainly importers, manufacturers, and service providers).
