We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to uphold the

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the technical team (Technicians, Service Advisors) responsible for fleet maintenance and repair.
• Ensure all vehicles (from Budget to Luxury SUVs) meet strict ISO-certified quality, safety, and comfort standards.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, and optimize repair workflows.
• Manage parts inventory, control maintenance costs, and ensure timely vehicle preparation for rental.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize fleet reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Typical for this role):
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within an automotive, transport, or rental company.
• Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems for a wide range of vehicles (Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with maintaining vehicle records and generating technical reports.
